When your doll is complete, we’ll email you preview photos. You’ll have 2 days to approve or request one revision to make sure it’s just right.

Packing & Delivery

Packing & Delivery (7–10 days)

Once approved, we package your doll in a kraft gift box with shredded paper and a printed photo card. Shipped via USPS, DHL, or FedEx with tracking.

Can I ask for special outfits or accessories for the doll?

Of course — and we love it when you do!
Every little detail you share (a favorite dress, glasses, a pet by their side…) helps us create something that feels uniquely yours. Just leave a note at checkout, or email us anytime.

Can I upload more than one photo?

Yes! You can upload one main photo when placing your order, and then email us extra angles or close-ups to reveriebyhand@gmail.com. The more you give us to work with, the better we can capture every little nuance.

Will I get to see the doll before you send it out?

Absolutely. Once your doll is finished, we’ll send you a preview by email.
You’ll have 2 days to look it over and request one change, if needed.
No response? No worries — we’ll take that as a happy yes and start packing!

How long does everything take?

Here’s a gentle timeline:

  •  Processing: 1–2 days
  •  Handmade with love: 2–4 weeks
  •  Preview & approval: 2 days
  •  Shipping: 7–12 days
    So in total, your doll arrives in about 3 to 6 weeks.

(During busy seasons like Christmas or Mother’s Day, it may take up to 7 weeks — but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!)

What materials do you use? Are they safe?

Yes — and that’s something we care deeply about.
Each doll is made using eco-friendly, hypoallergenic yarns like YarnArt, Catona, or Catania. They’re soft, durable, and safe even for little hands.

Can I order more than one doll with different people in each?

Definitely. Each person deserves their own mini version, right?
Just place a separate order for each doll — or if it’s a Couple Doll, feel free to send group or individual photos to reveriebyhand@gmail.com.

Will you include the photo I sent in the box?

Yes! We print a small photo card of the image you uploaded — perfect for gifting.
If you’d rather leave it out, just let us know in the note section.

What if I want to change or cancel something?

No problem — we know minds (and hearts) can change.

  • You have 24 hours to cancel your order
  • And 48 hours to request changes (like outfit or skin tone)
