At Reverie By Hand, we know that plans can change — whether it’s a new idea, a different color preference, or just a change of heart. That’s why we offer a fair and transparent cancellation and modification policy to support your handmade journey while respecting the time and effort of our artisans.
1. How to Request a Change or Cancellation
You can reach us quickly through any of the following methods:

Please include your order number and clearly state what you wish to change or cancel. We’ll confirm once your request is processed.
2. Timeframe for Changes
To keep everything smooth and fair for all customers, we offer the following windows for changes:

Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. -
Order Modification:
You may request changes (color, design, size, etc.) within 48 hours of your purchase.
After these windows, your order will enter production and can no longer be changed or canceled. At this point, materials are allocated, and artisan schedules are confirmed — your one-of-a-kind doll is already in motion.
3. Understanding Cancellation Fees
We believe in transparency, so here’s how cancellations work:
- If you cancel within the allowed 24-hour window, a 15% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
- This fee covers non-refundable transaction fees imposed by payment gateways — not by us.
- You will receive an 85% refund of your total order amount.
