Estimated Arrival Time = Processing Time + Production Time + Shipping Time
1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2 business days.
You may request a modification or cancellation within 1 day at no additional cost.
2. PRODUCTION TIME
Each product is individually handcrafted by our artisans within 2–4 weeks of your order.
Once completed, we will send you a preview via email for your approval.
You are allowed one modification only based on this preview.
If no response is received within 2 days, we will proceed to ship your item as is.
3. SHIPPING TIME
We ship using reliable carriers such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, based on your location, weather, and service availability.
Estimated shipping time is 7–10 business days.
Please allow for extra time due to potential customs processing or unforeseen delivery delays.
4. SHIPPING FEE
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and item weight.
Free shipping is available for:
- All orders over $200 USD
- Select promotional campaigns
5. TRACKING & SHIPPING INFORMATION
A tracking number will be sent to you within 1–3 days after your item has shipped.
Please ensure that your name, address, and phone number are entered correctly during checkout.
We are not responsible for delayed or undeliverable orders due to incomplete or incorrect information.
6. LOST SHIPMENTS
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will take prompt action to replace or refund your order.
